Role Overview:-
As a Customer Service Analyst, you will support institutional clients in the US Retirement Services domain, handling plan administration, participant services, and client relationship management. You will work closely with plan sponsors, administrators, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with retirement plan regulations.

- B.Com / BBA / BBM – Preferred

- Handle contributions, distributions, refunds, loans, and adjustments
- Assist with participant services and issue resolution
- Coordinate with operations teams to manage escalations
Plan Management
- Manage plan documentation and reporting activities
- Conduct lost earnings calculations and involuntary distributions
- Support plan remediations and compliance requirements
- Maintain retirement plan records and configurations
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with institutional clients
- Address client inquiries and service requests proactively
- Conduct plan review meetings with stakeholders
- Support client retention and service enhancements
Process Improvement
- Perform root cause analysis for service issues
- Ensure SLA adherence and process efficiency
- Guide team members on domain and process-related aspects
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred Skills:-
- Experience in US Retirement Industry
- Voice support experience
