Role:
● Conduct literature reviews
○ Modeling/resolving of aircraft cabin flow via LES/DES techniques.
○ Smoke modeling techniques specifically for detection time modeling
● Develop CFD methodologies
○ To accurately simulate airflow, temperature distribution and comfort parameters
within the cabin.
○ To develop smoke models for with available best practices
Technical Skills:
Key Skills
❖ Strong fundamentals on Thermodynamics, Fluid Dynamics, Heat Transfer.
❖ Sound knowledge of CFD (computational fluid dynamic) methods and tools.
❖ Preferably taken Turbulence modeling as coursework
