Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication Design or Experience Design.
- Strong presentation skills across written, visual, and content creation.
- Passion for sustainable mobility ecosystems and Physital UI/UX solutions.
- Skilled in research, ideation, storyboarding, and presentation workflows.
- A portfolio showcasing diverse user experience design work (mandatory for application).
Skills Required:-
- Strong visual storytelling and communication abilities.
- Creative mindset with focus on innovation and sustainability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Collaborative approach to problem-solving in a team environment.
Responsibilities:-
- Develop proposals for User Experience / Passenger Experience Design across Alstom mobility platforms.
- Collaborate with senior mentors and team members to create innovative design solutions within deadlines.
- Participate in mobility design, CMF design, and trend research, providing insights for future Physital solutions in public and personal transportation.
- Create design presentations, UI/UX content, and communication materials.
- Contribute to an engaging, collaborative, and thriving studio culture.
