About the Role:-
Amazon is looking for an IT Support Associate to join its centralized IT Service Desk team. The role involves providing technical support to internal customers, troubleshooting end-user devices and operating systems, managing incidents, and ensuring service-level targets are met.
Educational Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s Degree – Mandatory
Experience Required:-
- Minimum 6 months of Service Desk or Technical Support experience

- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners

- Handle IT incidents and service requests
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Work with APAC, EMEA, and AMER operations and IT teams
- Maintain response and resolution SLAs
- Monitor customer satisfaction (CSAT) and service desk performance
- Use IT ticketing and monitoring tools
- Provide timely and effective technical support
- Escalate complex technical issues when required
Work Schedule:-
- 5-day work week
- 2 weekly days off may vary depending on shift patterns and business requirements
- Role supports a 7-day operational environment
- Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts as required
