📌Roles & Responsibilities
- Product Feature Support: Collaborate with Product Managers to support the discovery of new features, design clickstream analytics instrumentation, and test new product features for data accuracy and completeness.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, and provide detailed reports and actionable insights on both new features and existing KPIs.
- Automation: Automate recurring business reports and data pipelines using Python and scheduling tools like Airflow, Jupyter Notebooks
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, product teams and engineers on tracking and analytics requirements.
- Build dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, SQL, and Visualisation platforms (e.g., Tableau, Redash, Amplitude).
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources (e.g., product, marketing, user engagement).
✔What We’re Looking For
- Pursuing/completed a degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science).
- Basic proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets
- Interest or basic exposure to analytics tools such as Python/R, Tableau, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work independently.
Nice to-haves
- Prior internship/project work in data or analytics (specifically clickstream analytics)
- Experience with tools such AWS, Tableau or clickstream analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
- Basic Knowledge on NoSQL Querying on mongoDb databases.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
