Job Description

  • Support Customer to manage and monitor the Customer’s Legal Services inbox regularly for legal complaints. • Ensure all correspondence and queries from external parties (such as a debtor or the Court) on their cases (telephone, letter, email) are replied to within defined timeframes. • Maintain reporting structure around incoming complaints on case files to avoid regulatory censure (e.g. referring complaints internally to Customer’s Regulated Complaints function promptly in line with FCA DISP Rules). • Assist in sending responses to queries in the Legal Services inbox as soon as possible or refer matters there to senior members of Customer’s team for support immediately. • Identify and create priority list of high value debt and progress cases in a timely manner through the right recovery streams, and support Customer in progressing Court proceedings if required. • Monitor the Customer’s Legal Services bank account on a daily basis to allocate payments to case files and escalate any irregular incoming or outgoing amounts to Legal Services team manager.
