Job Description
USI DE ADM team has an opportunity for Associate Analyst role. Join the team which will involve in closely working with the German team in various ADM related work.
Work you’ll do.
The ADM team will perform various financial reporting and financial analysis activities. The ADM team will be an extension of the finance team and will be responsible for various ADM related work and working on SAP platforms (SWIFT) and use S4.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance background BCom/BBA.
- upto 1 year of experience in finance related work.
- You are a dynamic and flexible person with good numerical and commercial skills
- You have a high level of responsibility and ability to use own initiative
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and other MS office suits.
- Preferred:
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage
- Firsthand experience in business accounting/controlling will be an added advantage.
Responsibility:
- Timely reporting challenges/issues to Team Lead/Seniors.
- Communicating with GFS team for task completion status.
- Responding to DC for queries related to invoice/timesheet/HR data.
- Responsible to make sure Billing is done on time as per payment term agreement.
- Make sure that GFS has processed all the invoices within payment term & co-ordinate if there is any issue.
