Qualifications:-
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s Degree required).
Skills & Experience:-
- Strong experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Controls, Reporting, and Risk Management, preferably within a financial services organization.
- Experience in Data Analytics and Insights using tools such as Python, Tableau, Tableau Prep, Power Apps, Alteryx.
- Practical exposure to databases, SQL, and AI/ML (on live projects, not just academic).
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio).
- Strong understanding of Risk, Governance, and Control Frameworks.
- Familiarity with BCBS 239 principles, enterprise risk management, and operational risk frameworks.
- Experience managing stakeholders across geographies and cultures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially astute with a pragmatic, consultative approach to solving problems.
- Functional understanding of financial crime and fraud data domains is preferred.

- Document data quality findings and recommend improvements.
- Provide strategic leadership and align data initiatives with organizational goals.
- Oversee data governance policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Deliver best-in-class insights to support remediation of data quality issues.
- Conduct robust review and QA of key deliverables before submission to stakeholders.
- Work closely with teams such as Operational Risk, Chief Controls Office, Chief Data Office, Financial Crime Operations, Risk Information Services, and Technology.
