We are looking for prospective candidates from the Graduating class of 2024/2025 to join our Support Engineering team as interns. In this role, you will provide technical support for Calix access platforms and cloud platforms, assisting our customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with networking and cloud technologies while working in a customer-focused environment.

📌Roles & Responsibilities

Provide assistance in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Calix access and cloud platforms.
Collaborate with senior engineers to analyse, diagnose, and document support cases.

Communicate effectively with customers to gather information and provide updates.
Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality support and service delivery.
