What You’ll Do:
- Projects across multiple HR verticals like HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, etc.
- Research analysis, benchmarking and designing solutions related to HR initiatives for the organization
- Support the HR team in organization wide initiatives related to culture, OD, branding or talent development
- Collaborate with stakeholders, People Leaders, HRBPs, and HR partner groups
- Analyze industry trends and metrics in partnership with the HR CoEs to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Consult and share recommendations for initiatives across different HR functions
- Facilitate the design of associate training programs on topics relevant to the organization.
