Role Overview:-
As a Banking Operations Intern, you will support banking operations through data management, reporting, payment gateway operations, pricing management, and coordination with product and technology teams.
You will also contribute to process improvement, automation, cost-query resolution, and operational efficiency while working closely with banking partners.

Product & Technology Coordination
- Coordinate between product and technology teams
- Communicate requirements and track project progress
- Support product optimization and timely project delivery
Payment Gateway Operations
- Develop a basic understanding of payment gateway products and their features
- Support pricing arrangements for payment gateway products
- Manage Terminal ID (TID) allocation according to company policies
- Conduct website screening for verification, compliance, and fraud prevention when required
Operational Efficiency
- Meet turnaround time (TAT) targets
- Support terminal procurement and STB-related cases
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives
- Help reduce manual intervention and improve operational efficiency
Banking Partner Coordination
- Handle end-to-end cost queries
- Coordinate with internal teams, cross-functional departments, and banking partners
- Support timely resolution of operational issues
