📌Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage actively with students across Slack, WhatsApp, Discord, and other internal platforms
- Drive and moderate discussions, sharing updates, resources, and celebrating community milestones
- Plan and execute virtual events, Q&A sessions, contests, and peer learning initiatives
- Collect student feedback and analyze community health/sentiment
- Collaborate with academic, tech, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth flow of communication
- Create and manage content calendars, including newsletters, polls, and community spotlights
- Support onboarding experiences for new students and assist in community orientation
✔What We’re Looking For
- Are a people-person with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, HR, or tech
- Are enthusiastic about education, student life, and building meaningful communities
- Are organized, self-driven, and creative with strong problem-solving skills
- Have prior experience in student councils, clubs, or online community management (preferred)
- Are comfortable working with digital tools like Notion, Canva, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.
