📌Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the customer care team in managing customer inquiries via email, and chat.
- Understand the Criteo Policy & tool and then provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Document and track customer interactions – CRM/Salesforce.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed.
✔What We’re Looking For
- Pursuing/completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
