Role Overview:-
As a CRM (Loyalty) Intern, you will support loyalty marketing campaigns, customer engagement, CRM activities, campaign execution, and performance tracking. You will work on customer journeys and loyalty initiatives while gaining practical experience in marketing and CRM operations.
Educational Requirements:-
- Any UG Degree
- Graduate candidates preferred
- Degree in Marketing / Business / Management / Commerce is an advantage

- Support and optimize loyalty programs
- Track KPIs such as customer frequency, AOV, revenue, engagement, and retention
- Assist with loyalty program automation
- Conduct periodic loyalty program audits
- Manage customer journeys across different touchpoints
- Support new loyalty services and member benefits
- Assist in campaign planning and execution
- Coordinate campaign content and communications
- Prepare performance reports and identify insights
- Present campaign recommendations to senior management
- Support quality checks and campaign execution
Preferred Experience:-
- Relevant experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing / CRM is preferred
- Fresh graduates can apply
