Skills Required:
- Experience working in a previous Coding role is desirable
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
- FP II or CFG Higher administrative or computer science or minimum experience of 2 years in a similar position.
- High knowledge of office automation, especially in Excel at the level of formulas and pivot tables and PowerBI.
Responsibility:
- Attribution and Market Knowledge
- Identify products and assign the associated attributions across a range of industries for defined attributes
- Have an established hierarchy/attribution expertise, and continually develop this, to ensure correct assignment of products within the hierarchy classification
- Develop strong relationships across teams India Regional Operations Centre (ROC) to provide support and insight
- Liaising through the manager or trainer with other Operations teams onshore to maintain specific client rules and to ensure all products are coded on to the system correctly to their standards
