Role Overview:-
As an Analyst – IT Service Operations & PMO, you will support IT service delivery, ITSM initiatives, and project management governance within Deloitte’s Delivery Center of Excellence (CoE). The role involves analyzing operational data, improving service delivery processes, creating executive reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:-
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Service Operations or PMO
- Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM concepts
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Experience in client-facing IT service delivery environments
