📌Roles & Responsibilities

Support Talent Advisory function at the client site along with HRBP.
Program manage the onboarding plan from hiring to KT start date.
Induction and joining formalities at Deloitte as well as HCA.
Planning the two-week training agenda with our L&D team and HCA leadership.
Facilitating the training, monitoring the attendance, and conducting assessments of all trainings.
Preparing and sharing a detailed report with the Deloitte as we well HCA Leadership twice in a week.
Conducting and coordinating multiple function wise Webex trainings with HCA leaderships in the US.

The person should be good with Excel and PPT skills
