Role Overview:-
As a BITS Intern within the Business Finance function, you will support Profit & Loss (PnL) reporting, financial analysis, accounting processes, and risk control activities. The role offers exposure to investment banking products, financial reporting, stakeholder management, and financial control operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Support daily T+1 P&L production and analysis
- Investigate and resolve financial reporting breaks
- Provide commentary and variance analysis to stakeholders
- Assist in model risk control exception resolution
- Ensure compliance with risk and control guidelines
- Support accounting journal postings and reconciliations
- Monitor balance sheet and income statement accuracy
- Coordinate with Finance, Risk, and Front Office teams
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and discussions
- Support audit and regulatory requirements
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Understanding of Loans, Bonds, Credit Products, Derivatives, Swaps, Options, and Futures
- Knowledge of Fixed Income products
- Exposure to Front-to-Back Investment Banking processes
- Familiarity with accounting standards and financial controls
