- Ensure user stories meet Definition of Ready (DoR)
- Clarify requirements and business questions for engineering teams
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Define acceptance criteria and validate delivered solutions
- Identify test scenarios and test data
- Analyze data models and derive business insights
- Define business outcomes and KPIs
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Create process roadmaps and communicate process vision

Experience Requirements:-
- 8–15 years of overall professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles

- 3+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Experience with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders
