Legal Intern – Roles & Responsibilities
🔹 Prepare, review, and modify legal documents/contracts to support various business functions.
🔹 Develop and oversee control systems to ensure compliance with legal guidelines & policies.
🔹 Assist in legal operations including contract execution and invoice processing.
🔹 Conduct legal research and anticipate regulatory issues that may impact the company.
🔹 Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for the legal department and management.
🔹 Maintain MIS for contracts, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and legal compliance.
🔹 Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring strong problem-solving skills.
