Role Overview:-
As a Dimensional Management Intern, you will work on real-world product development projects while building expertise in CAD, GD&T, tolerance analysis, dimensional management, inspection, and prototype validation. You will receive mentorship from experienced engineers and gain hands-on experience with industry-leading engineering tools.

- Perform tolerance analysis using 3DCS
- Participate in design reviews and implement engineering feedback
- Assist in prototype printing, modification, and validation
- Perform inspection and measurement using PolyWorks
- Understand product manufacturability and dimensional variation
- Prepare technical presentations and engineering documentation
Preferred Skills:-
- Experience with Creo CAD
- Knowledge of Model Based Definition (MBD)
- Academic exposure to Dimensional Management
- Understanding of AI concepts (Preferred)
