📌Roles & Responsibilities

Design & Motion: Create stunning visual content including graphics, motion videos, explainer animations, product visuals, landing pages, ebooks, pitch decks, social ads, and more. Be a one-person studio who can bring ideas to life.
Website Design: Work closely with the marketing team to design, refresh, and optimize web pages (landing pages, feature pages, comparison pages) for clarity, impact, and conversion.
Brand Guardian: Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines while evolving the look and feel to keep things fresh, modern, and memorable.
Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to amplify campaigns across social media, web, newsletters, podcasts, events, and sales enablement materials.
Content Factory: Design for scale, with multiple social posts per week, newsletters, video edits, case study layouts, event branding, and more.
Innovation: Use AI and the latest design tools to streamline workflows and accelerate creative output.
Measurement: Track performance of creative campaigns, test new formats, and optimize designs for impact.

✔What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of relevant experience, ideally at a US-focused B2B SaaS company or fast-paced startup.
Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
Comfort with multiple design and AI tools, with speed as a top priority.
A strong portfolio that showcases motion graphics, digital design, and brand identity work.
Extreme proactiveness. We won’t micromanage you – you need to be a self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done without waiting to be asked.
Very high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) with a willingness to over-communicate progress and updates.
This is a 3-month, in-office internship at Inkle Office, HSR Layout, Bangalore,
requiring 20 hours per week (Monday–Friday) with flexible timing between 10 AM and 7 PM.
