Qualifications and Skills:-
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent required. Graduate Degree Preferred
- Experience with problem solving in a quality organization that is technical focused.
- Very skilled in Power BI
- Demonstrated experience with relevant technical tools such as: SQL, Python, R, Azure Analytics Cloud, Jupiter Notebook, and Apache Spark.
- Knowledge of unsupervised and supervised machine learning techniques. (Algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, or anomaly detection including but not limited to: K-means, Random Forest, etc.)
- You have excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:-
- Involvement in all stages of an analytics assignment, ranging from fundamental to advanced statistical techniques. Focus areas include data and business value exploration, data structuring, modeling, problem solving, and generating recommendations within the Quality team.
- Development and implementation of methodologies to support Product Quality Leaders in detecting emerging issues, forecasting, and predicting quality and uptime performance.
- Work involves handling various data sources, including but not limited to warranty data, logged vehicle data, customer data, manufacturing data, and high-resolution truck data.
- Responsibility includes delivering all steps of the analytics process independently, while also building a collaborative network with colleagues across Europe, India, and Brazil for various initiatives.
- Close collaboration with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Architects, and Data Scientists during the implementation and deployment of advanced analytics solutions.
