Qualifications:-
- Graduate (Full-time, Any Discipline) – Required
- 12th Pass (Any Stream) – Minimum eligibility
Experience:-
- 0–2 years of experience in Banking / NBFC sector (preferably in Retail Assets, Mortgages, or Customer Relationship roles).
- Freshers with strong interpersonal and sales skills are also welcome.
Skills Required:-
- Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with ability to achieve acquisition and cross-sell targets.
- Basic understanding of mortgage/loan products (Loan Against Property preferred).
- Documentation and compliance knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:-
Primary Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate client needs to generate revenue through cross-sell opportunities based on lifestyle, risk profiling, and requirements.
- Drive penetration of mortgage business in rural markets through lead generation and new account opening.
- Conduct household-level customer mapping through direct interactions.
- Perform end-user checks post-disbursal of loans as per compliance guidelines.
- Achieve monthly and annual loan booking targets and maintain high collections efficiency.
- Ensure accurate loan documentation with minimal rejections from Credit/Operations teams.
- Collaborate with Operations Officers for timely and accurate data entry.
- Maintain compliance with bank regulations and operational standards.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality at branch level.
- Support implementation of livelihood advancement and community development initiatives.
