Role Overview:-
As an Administrator L3, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining client IT infrastructure including networks, servers, systems, and applications. You will ensure smooth operations by resolving technical issues within defined SLA timelines and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Educational Requirements:-
Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Electronics / Communication
- Or any related technical field

Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Ensure timely response and resolution of client tickets as per SLA

- Monitor network, servers, and overall system performance
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Handle high-priority incidents and service requests
- Manage user access and permissions based on requirements
- Maintain system backups, logs, and documentation
- Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams for complex issue resolution
- Track tickets from initiation to closure ensuring quality delivery
