Job Description & Responsibilities:-
Analyzes Compensation & Benefits (C&B) data and support the C&B M&A team in the C&B processes of acquisitions, as well as maintaining and analyzing data across different acquisitions.
- You will analyze complex data, provides performance and compensation & benefits analyses and simulations on individuals or groups to support decision making.
- You will assess cost impacts and provide data analysis, considerations, and insights to the C&B M&A team.
- You will maintain a database of information across different acquisitions, extract major insights and conclusions.
- You will collaborate with various stakeholders like Regional C&B teams, Cross-functional teams and HR M&A and provide an on-going support on the various aspects of compensation & benefits of acquisitions.
- You will support the implementation of C&B policies & procedures.
