How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure

 

Roles and Responsibilities:Job Description:

•       Cater to Card Member’s credit requirements by educating them about product features and spend capacity
•       Analyze risk on customer accounts, making sound decisions to ensure recovery while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
•       Meet metrics on quality, efficiency and collection
•       Identifying Financial Hardship and assisting vulnerable customers who find themselves in unexpected financial hardship
•       Making informed decisions based on challenging customer specific situations- Assess inquiry & profile of the CM and consult to share relevant spending options
•       Build rapport quickly with Customers/Account Managers and put them at ease
•       Deliver on Employees, Customer & Shareholder Metrics as Per Goals
•       Shifts 24X7

Minimum Qualifications:

•       1-7 years of experience in International Contact Centers preferably in Collections Domain

Skills Required

Desired Candidate Profile:

•       Ability to deliver result & display Personal Accountability.
•       Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal).
•       Ability to work in a fast paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a windows environment.
•       Proficiency in MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.
•       Strong Team Player with high level of integrity.
•       Change Management Ability & self-motivated.
•       Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as independently.
•       Language: English
