Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Developer certification is a plus
- Experience in Java Scripting, SQL or in any other programming languages
- Recommended to have ServiceNow scripting knowledge
- Ability to analyse and resolve system problems
- Willingness to learn and grow skills
- Interact and communicate effectively with team members
- Should have good skills in data reconciliation & root cause analysis
- Be able to work across squads and work based on the sprint goal
- Be able to work across squads and stakeholders
The focus will be on delivering a centralised IT Asset Health capability, ensuring a consistent, reliable and quality data foundation to platform tenants and customers inclusive of:
- Asset and Configuration Management: ensuring our assets and the configuration of IT services are well managed (including definitions, health indicators, ensuring compliance of associated process)
- Software Licence Management: Manage software vendors, contracts and associated obligations.
- CMDB – Maintenance and performance of the Enterprise CMDB including discovery and accuracy. Uplift, govern and execute on the organizational capability of Certificate management
