Required Qualification & Skills:-
- Fresh graduates or graduates with less than one year working experience on full time basis
- Preferred field of studies: Civil Engineering, with 3.0 CGPA/Second Class Upper (Hons)
- All-rounded individuals with an interest in Real Estate function who enjoy challenges, diverse nature of work and strive to work with
- Self-motivated/Self starter
- Good analytical, structural thinking, problem solving skills
- Results-driven individual
- Good communications skills ā excellent verbal and written English

- Understanding of project management discipline

Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Construction design and schedule review
- Financial modeling and alternate capital sources
- Data collection, analysis and reporting
- Market research & presentations ā reporting on market land sales, investment sales as well as market indicators such as rents, land prices, cap rates etc
- Lease database management and administration
- Rent and Open administration
- Management of Preventive Maintenance Contracts
- Document management and administration
- Office fit out project coordinatio
