Ditto Work from Home Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate from any stream

Job Role & Responsibility:

In this role, you will connect with users through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to understand their requirements, recommend tailored policies or features, and guide them through their insurance-buying journey.

Ditto has two advisory teams: Team Bliss and Team Falcon. Choose the team that suits your preferences and availability during the application process.

Team Bliss focuses on personalized user interaction, with approximately 40% of your time dedicated to direct calls and the remaining time spent on WhatsApp. This team offers flexible shifts, allowing you to choose between 12 pm to 9 pm or 2 pm to 11 pm.

Team Falcon, on the other hand, emphasizes direct calls, with approximately 60% of your time dedicated to this channel, while the remaining time is spent on WhatsApp. Working hours for Team Falcon are typically from 10 am to 8 pm.

Even if you don’t have an insurance background, don’t worry! We provide an intensive two-month training program to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills.

• Good communication Skills and Verbal Skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good command of English.
• Basic computer knowledge is necessary.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively.

  Interview Process :

  There are 4 rounds & we will be working towards completing all the rounds within a maximum of 1 weeks time.
