Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Be involved in the entire end-to-end onboarding cycle, starting from drafting offer letters to scheduling induction sessions.
- Ensure that all new hires experience a smooth and frictionless onboarding and ensuring that they are ready to be productive from day one.
- Draft offer letters and related contracts for shortlisted candidates.
- Set up new profiles for hires in several cloud-based systems as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that new hires are set up to be productive from day one.
- Convert styles, perform mail merges, insert media into presentations, create tables, work with graphs and objects.
