Roles & Responsibilities:-

Prime is responsible for the deployment of various product ranges at customer locations.
Project requirement understanding and documentation of steps.
Installation of Infraon products Infraon IMS, Infraon Desk, Infraon NCCM, Infraon Secura.
Answering the technical queries of customers during deployment related to the products.
Product demonstration to end customer on completion of deployment.
Taking responsibility for UAT signoff/ Feedback collection from customers toward the end of the deployment cycle.
Assisting the development team in highlighting the issues/bugs faced during the deployment cycle.
Reporting project status on a regular basis to concerned Project Managers.
Help marketing team in building customer case studies by documenting individual project deployments and maintaining required documentation.
Updating the deployment progress to concerned stakeholders on regular basis.
Protects the organization’s value by keeping the information confidential.
Accomplishes the organization’s mission by completing related results as needed.
The above job function might involve traveling to customer offices when necessary.
