Qualifications

• Education Desired: Master of Business Administration
• Good knowledge of network and computing devices, operating systems, systems development and/or information systems architecture appropriate for IT function with good understanding of complex algorithm and quant model
• Demonstrates strong computer skills including a good working knowledge of MS Office

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Works under close supervision with limited latitude for independent judgment Consults with senior peers on non-complex projects to learn through experience

• Elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies, and information systems.
• Translate business needs/end-user requirements into functional specifications that describe what the system, process or product/service must do to fulfill the end-user/business requirements.
• Perform various basic tasks within a business operations managed services function for top investment banking customers
• Performs a variety of functional responsibilities with tasks and activities that are appropriate for the business operations, projects, exchange changes etc.
• Research and analyses appropriate information technology practices, processes, and procedures
• May also gain a high-level understanding of basic financial services/banking practices and processes
• Attends appropriate training to gain knowledge and understanding of essential subject matter
