Qualifications
Eligibility Criteria: Years of experience: 0.5 to 3 years range for Associate Engineers and Engineers.
You’ll be expected to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong programming skills in one or more programming languages
- Familiarity with modern software development practices, tools, and version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Passion for technology and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Knowledge or experience in UI skills (React, CSS, HTML) would be an added advantage.
The following qualifications would be a plus for specific roles:
- For Data Engineering: Python, Java, Golang, and experience with data pipeline development.
- For AI Engineering: Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (Supervised and Unsupervised learning).
- For Site Reliability Engineering: Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
