- Analyst position for Material Planning & Logistics team, who will be handling Bill of Material validation & Pre-production activities for Vehicle operations & Power train operations.
- Visualize business problems and come up with problem-solving recommendations & scalable solutions.
- Apply analytical thinking and address the unpredictive issues at the right time with required levels of escalation.
- Ability to collaborate and work with Internal teams and External suppliers for follow-up on a daily basis that supports hassle-free production.
- Good communication skills to articulate and handle Internal & External personnel s across the Globe.
- Possess good presentation skills and the ability to prepare KPI, and MIS reports for management reviews.
Knowledge or agility to adapt to any of the below profiles will be added advantage:
- BOM and Engineering Change Management – Release, Proto, Production Validation for New & Current Models.
- Coding Vehicle configurations in-line with Market & Engineering offerings.
- Obsolete part identification, Salvage and Scrap disposal, and Managing supplier OBSO claims by physical validation against agreed norms.
- End-to-End Supply chain and liaison with suppliers, Internal Cross Functional teams (Purchasing, PD, Plant teams) on a daily basis to support Production.
- Ocean Logistics Planning and Operations / Airfreight Planning and Execution.
- Domestic Transportation (Local road transportation) – Network Planning and Operations and understanding of Logistics Optimization tools like TMS / TMOD / OTM.
- Review & assist in the HS Classification process with an understanding of technical aspects of Vehicle / Powertrain parts & support product documentation.
- Planning and Cost estimations using Simulation, Digital tools, Analysis & Forecasting to support Forward model studies.
- Project management, Industry 4.0 practices, and IoT solutions to support New model Launches.
- Process documentation, Auditing, Data Analysis & Reporting tools to support Plant operations.
