Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Skills:-
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelors in a related field
- Call Center experience a plus
- Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Call Center experience a plus
- Provide a high quality and proactive service to both internal and external customers
- Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English
- Need Excellent Communication skills in English.
- Must-Havestrong Technical Knowledge(Hardware, Software, and networking Concepts)
- Shifts: Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)
Responsibility:- Answer inbound calls within the guidlines/goals established by the client and management. Consistently acheives call quality goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals. Provide Technical Support to International Customers
