Required Qualification & Skills:-
Minimum Qualification:
- VBA, Excel Macros, MS Access, Outlook automation, Share point automation
- Have a sound understanding of Analysis, Coding and Unit testing.
- Proficient in analyzing Results, Bug fixing & Reporting,
- Experience in Database- SQL, PL-SQL etc.
Preferred Skill Set:
- Plan coding & UAT phase with QPA manager and work as per plan
- Proactively communicate with the QPA manager for any delay in coding/UAT Phase
- Follow-up with Operation teams on UAT and ops sign off
- Ready to work across offices within the city
- Ready to adjust working hours as per operation team need for requirements capturing
Roles & Responsibilities:- Genpact is inviting applications for the role of MT – QPA Coder
- Develop VBA Macros- Access, Outlook, SAP, Mainframe, knowledge of working with Windows API and Web Scrapping
- SQL Query, Analysis and Testing
- Proficient in analyzing Results, Bug fixing & Reporting,
- Able to capture complete QPA requirements in detail from the Operation team
- Prepare requirement summary and re-confirm with Business
