- B.Tech or Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics or computer science or related quantitative field from tier 1/2 institites
- 0-2 years’ experience in analytics and data science
- Hands on experience in R or Python
- Good knowledge on Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
- Familiarity with advanced statistical and predictive modelling techniques such as regression, time series, decision trees etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills – able to find various ways to solve problems and decide which solution to move forward

- Partner and engage with business & transformation leads and teams across key functions such as marketing, supply chain, sales, finance and manufacturing to identify, evolve and fully understand the key business questions and deliver relevant insights that lead to actions.
