HCLTech is hiring candidatesย for the post of Software Engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
- To understand client requirements and propose solutions pertaining to the respective domain areas.
- To interact with the client and other functional teams for gaining an understanding of the requirements
- To participate in team meetings
- To train others and prepare and deliver presentations for knowledge sharing amongst different teams in the project
- To analyze the assigned PCorCI (production support continuous improvement) incidents and propose solutions or fixes
- Coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs

- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette Excellent organizational skills
- Incident Management experience Managing incidents including business expectations and communication Strong knowledge of operating systems with an emphasis on Windows 7, Windows XP, Mac OS, Microsoft Outlook, Internet issues, and Slow performance.
- A self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer service No shift constraints or relocation constraints
- Contributes to special assignments to increase the maturity of the CoE, e.g. budgeting tool design
- To analyze and prepare the data cuts as per review requirements
- To contribute research and data gathering as and when, e.g. opening operations in new geos
- To put together data and slides from different sources for the whole function review with senior management
- To update information and run validation to keep it current, e.g. PMS.
