Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Accustomed to working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint) and Canva
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous internship or related experience in communications will be an advantage
- Knowledge of website content management and graphic design – good to have
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn.
Job Description & Responsibilities:-
- Support the creation and implementation of internal communication initiatives, including newsletters, emails, intranet content, and announcements.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to gather information and stories for various communication channels.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating site meetings, and functional meetings to facilitate effective communication within the organization.
- Internal communication content materials
- Successful event coordination/implementation
- Executive support for Communication Leader
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams
Expected duration: 12 months (possibility to extend)
