Qualifications

  • Previous internship or related experience in communications will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of website content management and graphic design – good to have
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn.

Job Description & Responsibilities:-

  • Support the creation and implementation of internal communication initiatives, including newsletters, emails, intranet content, and announcements.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to gather information and stories for various communication channels.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating site meetings, and functional meetings to facilitate effective communication within the organization.
  • Internal communication content materials
  • Successful event coordination/implementation
  • Executive support for Communication Leader
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams

Expected duration: 12 months (possibility to extend)
