Qualifications
Qualification: Graduate – BBA/BCom/BSc
Experience: Fresher
Shift: 11 AM to 8:15 PM
Any degree/Equivalent 3 years education post +2
Proficient in working with Excel and MS Access
Excellent self-organization, Detailed oriented, Time management, good communication, learning ability and presentation skills
A good understanding of telecom domain knowledge would be an added advantage
Skills Required
Description:-
- Good at analysis, to be able to conclude after the detailed analysis
- Detect any missing revenue/ unwanted cost and fix them, ideally keen to identify any opportunities that will improve overall customer margin
- Detect any data integrity and provide resolution
- Determined to close any identified issues related to client/customer’s customer etc..
- Good at presentation,
- Produce reports for any assigned projects and clearly mention about the achievements/challenges and road blacks which will help the project manager to take the next action
- Good email etiquettes
- Data analysis using different tools and databases(MS access tables) and arrive at the solutions OR approach a team who can provide the solution
- Articulate any issues/queries to concerned team(account team/sourcing/carrier etc..) with clear requirement
- Rigorous follow up until the issue is closed or to follow proper escalation metrics for any long pending issues and to monitor until closure
