Qualification & Skills Required:-

Must have at least basic SAP MM / WM knowledge
Good to have working experience on SAP system as End User / Key User
Good to have certification in SAP
General skills/requirements:
- Should have good communication and presentation skills
- Should have excellent inter-personnel skills
- Should have the ability to work independently and in a team environment as per the situation
- Should have a customer service mindset to ensure SAP end-user satisfaction
- Nice to have experience interacting with global stakeholders

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Konecranes is looking for SAP MM/WM Trainee with relevant experience of 0-1 year or is SAP Certified, preferably with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an engineering/procurement background.

Handling tickets (INC/SR/PRB) as per guidelines
Must gain knowledge about SAP MM / WM modules
Must provide the necessary support to colleagues during support situations
Must review all internal process documents
Must adhere to defined company policies, values and code of conduct
Must follow a way of working that complies with Audit requirements
Must work in various shifts for timely support to customers whenever needed.
Good to build effective communication and rapport with all stakeholders
Good to contribute to continuous improvement ideas for improving the efficiency of the team
Good to take initiative in learning opportunities along with SAP Skills as well as in other extracurricular activities.
Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 Standards
