Qualifications
- 0-1 year of experience in Customer Service / Order Management / Finance
- Possibility to work on mixed shift 50/50 – US hours (14:00-22:00)
- Fluent English
- Attention to details
- Knowledge about MS office and Google suite
- Good time management
- Dynamic, creative and good ability to present and assert oneself
- Communication skills, self motivated and able to work under pressure
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Complete order validation for all internal and external customers.
- Complete Service Agreement for US Government customers.
- Order release in close cooperation with: finance (billing, collections, corporate credit, tax), export control, product groups, PM’s, sales etc.
- Credit approval for returns
- Adapting to a fast paced business with a focus on first in, first out cycle time on all requests while maintaining the ability to refocus quickly if business needs dictate
- Mixed shift:
10 shifts/month: 6 pm-2 am IST
Remaining shifts during the month: 9 am-5pm IST
Month close: until last order - Possibility to work on the weekends during quarter close.
