  • Graduation preferably B.E/B.Tech/MBA
  • 1-2 years of the overall experience working on data-driven programs end to end with relevant experience in consulting/e-commerce/supply chain/fashion industry
  • Strong analytical and presentation capabilities with experience of presenting to senior leadership
  • Sharp business acumen, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven track record to solve unstructured problems, manage multiple initiatives at once, manage stakeholder expectations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams with minimal
  • Experience in working on SQL, PowerPoint, and Complex Spreadsheets.
  • The e-commerce experience is desirable

About the Team:- The Seller Experience team at Myntra is responsible for shaping best-in-class experience for Myntra marketplace sellers across various touch points. The team is a part of the Marketplace support org and liaisons with various teams across the organization to drive critical projects as Myntra shifts to a marketplace-centric approach

Roles and Responsibilities:-

As an Associate in the Seller Experience team, the candidate would be responsible for the design, development, and execution of strategic initiatives to improve seller experience from inception.

  • Identify scope for improvement in marketplace processes and come up with structural solutions for various problems impacting seller experience. Expected to own end to end design and execution of an initiative
  • Structure and conduct analyses to define objectives and key results for a program. Back-up business decisions with data
  • Identify industry trends and perform benchmarking to shape critical initiatives in e-commerce marketplace ecosystem
  • Liaison with cross-functional teams such as category management, supply chain, finance, legal, tech, etc. for seamless execution of programs and course-correct based on need
  • Create dashboards, trackers, and newsletters to improve the visibility of the programs both internally and externall
  • Track the status of the initiatives vs. the expected timelines & intended impact
  • Highlight issues and problem solve with the relevant stakeholders to make sure the initiatives are on track
