We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience to develop their HR skills and gain valuable experience in the field.

Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
Maintain HR databases and employee files
Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including conducting orientations and preparing termination documents
Provide support for HR-related activities, such as performance management, benefits administration, and employee relations
Participate in HR projects as assigned
