Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree B.E. in Computer Science, Information technology , E&TC, Masters in Computer Application MCA
- 1 to 2 years of Windchill functionality/configuration experience OR Freshers
- Exposure to Java and DB is a must.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Unix/Windows: User level with basic administration knowledge
- Baisc Networking is a plus.
- Oracle Certified Java Programmer (SCJP), Oracle Certified DBA will be an added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Provide support services to assist customers and field staff with the configuration, administration and customization of the Windchill family of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions which is one of the cutting-edge PLM solution.
- Provide a customer centric service through thorough understanding of the customers’ issue, knowledge of PTC products, and comprehension of Support Services processes.
- Developing a strong technical understanding of Web Application, Administration, and Internet Technologies.
- Developing expert level knowledge of the Windchill PLM applications.
- Creating software configurations, duplicating issues, and troubleshooting and investigation of technical problems and tracking the resolution of those problems in collaboration with other PTC departments like R&D and QA as well as communicating the same to customer.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of technical training and documentation related to the above topics
- Collaborate with other offices worldwide to provide first class support for mission-critical customers
