Required Qualification & Skills:-

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or similar fields
Language Skills: Fluent in English
Strong communication and customer service skills
Demonstrated motivation to learn new skills and technologies
Prioritization skills
Strong computer skills
Experience with Windows and UNIX Operating Systems
Experience/exposure to Internet and/or Network infrastructure technologies (Web servers, network security, etc.)
Experience/exposure to relational database technologies (Oracle, MS SQL server, etc.)
IT Admin experience (System, network, and/or database administration)
Experience/exposure to Java and/or other software programming languages is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Assisting customers and field staff with the configuration, administration, and general functionality of Windchill web application solutions.
Developing expert communication skills and a technical understanding of Windows and UNIX Operating Systems, as well as Internet technologies such as Web Servers, Servlet Engines, Directory Services, etc.
Creating software configurations, duplicating issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and tracking the resolution of those problems with other PTC departments as well as with the customer.
