  • CS Executive/Professional Qualified from ICSI
  • LLB/LLM from top tier Law Schools/Universities

Job Description & Responsibilities:-

  • Assisting in drafting, reviewing and compliance related to Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and Annual General Meetings, viz. Agenda, Minutes, Notices, Resolutions, etc. of group entities;
  • Assistance in drafting, reviewing, negotiating and vetting all the contracts, subcontracts and letters, in collaboration with the various business specs and the legal head department;
  • Co-ordination with various internal, and external departments for data/ information required;
  • Co-ordination with various internal, external departments and stakeholders for data/ information and clarification required for the closure of contracts and compliances;
  • Ensuring Company Secretarial Compliances including SEBI, Companies Act, 2013, Secretarial Standards and such other compliances as may be applicable to the Company from time to time;
  • Assistance in matters related to IPR registration and renewals in a timely manner;
  • Compliance Updates, Legal Research, Data Protection – GDPR/PDPA, Litigation, IPRs, etc.
