Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Skills:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and business development principles is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends. Analyze data to develop insights into industry dynamics.
• Lead Generation: Assist in generating leads and prospecting potential clients through various channels, including online research, cold calling, and networking events.
• Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly
• Sales Support: Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts. Assist in the negotiation and closing of deals.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
• Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge of our products/services, industry trends, and sales techniques.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, lead generation, and conversion rates. Present findings to the management team.
