Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Headhunt and pro-actively recruit experienced candidates for various positions within Solugenix.
- Responsible for End to End Recruitment (Permanent/Contractual).
- Screen incoming resumes/CVs
- Conduct in person interviews
- Sourcing the candidate from various sources like Job Portals, Database, Social networking sites, alternate mediums to search, Employee references etc.
